A fitness enthusiast, an outgoing people person, and someone who enjoys helping others reach their goals - Maddie is a passionate Personal Trainer, certified in Fitness Nutrition and a mother to two beautiful baby girls. Her love for fitness started at a young age while playing competitive volleyball. After working with a personal trainer herself, she instantly knew that was the career path that she wanted to take. Her degree in Health Science taught her a lot about the body and what it is capable of. But nothing gives her greater joy then helping others achieve their goals and get healthier. Maddie opened Studio 22 because she realizes that not everyone is the same, there are no cookie cutter solutions to living a fit lifestyle. She doesn’t want you to feel like just another number, she wants you to feel like a part of the family. In her 7 years of personal training she has worked with a wide variety of clients, ranging from high school athletes training for a big game to senior citizens trying to get up and down the stairs. She loves what she does and she is 100% committed to you. Maddie hopes to be a part of your wellness journey.

I personally believe that everyone and every- body- is different. After many years of playing sports in high school and continuing to play soccer at the collegiate level, I developed a deep sense of gratitude for exercise and the many benefits it has not only on our physical health, but psychological health as well. Since then, my passion and experience in fitness have broadened from sports specific training to yoga, weight training, triathlons, hiking, and kayaking and so much more! With every new experience my appreciation for what our bodies and minds can achieve is ever increasing. As your personal trainer, I want to share my enthusiasm in creating a healthier, happier lifestyle. My aim is to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and support necessary for you to achieve your health and fitness goals. I am excited to be your resource on what will work specifically for you, how you can transform your body and what it will take to push yourself. I look forward to working with you soon!

Helping others find sustainable goals in fitness and nutrition has been my passion for the past 4 years. I know how frustrating it is to have goals and not know how to reach them. I understand needing the encouragement and accountability needed to help sustain a healthy lifestyle. Currently I hold my personal trainers certification through American Council on Exercise as well as my Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification. 


Over the past 7 years I have been involved in many areas of training and fitness including MMA, cross fit, yoga, body building/weight training and cardio/circuit training. I want to show you how to train, "diet" and live a life that makes you better each day and that will give you both short and long term results. 


Fitness has become my passion and helping other reach their goals is very rewarding. My main priority is to help you reach your goals and enjoy life to its fullest!

In this role, you will be responsible for creating exercise and fitness plans for a wide-range of clients. You must have a positive attitude, highly motivated personality, and the ability to encourage clients to reach their fitness goals.

Personal Trainer Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead clients through exercise routines

  • Evaluate client fitness level and skill set to plan reachable goals

  • Monitor client through strength training and weightlifting

  • Counsel and educate clients on diet, nutrition, and exercise

  • Create a workout plan tailored to client needs

  • Chart and track client progress

  • Motivate and encourage client through positive words while training

  • Ensure equipment use and physical exercises are performed safely

  • Adjust client personalized plans as goals are reached

  • Lead small group classes on proper exercise routines

  • Educate clients on weight lifting and training equipment

  • Demonstrate and encourage correct warm-up and stretching techniques to avoid injury
